The appointees of the Indiana Real Estate Commission consist of:
A. eight licensed brokers and two legislators.
B. ten members from the ten largest local association boards.
C. twelve licensed brokers from randomly selected areas of the state.
D. one member from each congressional district in Indiana and two at large.
One member is appointed from each of the ten congressional districts in Indiana and two members are appointed at large, making a total of twelve. Anyone who holds an elected office at the state or federal level may not serve as a commission member.
